В нем, кроме требования сообщить юридический адрес предлагалось "направить в прокуратуру области перечень заявлений, направлявшихся в 2001-2002 годах ... в какие-либо правоохранительные органы области". При этом запрос мотивировался проведением проверки "исполнения законодательства, направленного на противодействие проявлениям фашизма и иных форм экстремизма". Вызывает недоумение то, что борьба с фашизмом на Орловщине началась именно с проверки деятельности антифашисткой организации.
