When you arrive please come to the receptionist desk in Fuld Hall. Either the receptionist will be there if it is Monday - Friday during business hours or a guard is on duty at all times. You will find the agenda, a welcome note, expense form as well as an ID badge, an ID card and dinner coupon. The ID badge must be worn every day for lunch so that I can recognize you at the register for I will be paying for your meal. Please do not forget your badge in the apartment. If you do not wear it you may have to pay for your own meal. The ID card will get you into the buildings after hours. The cards MUST be returned before you depart the Institute. I have enclosed an envelope with my name on the label so that you can drop the card in my mailbox if I am not around or left at the reception desk before you go. Finally please submit the dinner coupon for entrance into the dinner on March 28. No one will be allowed into the dinner without the coupon. For those not staying in Institute housing but participating in the workshop: You may pick up your workshop packet in Simonyi Hall Room 109. I would encourage you to do so on Monday morning or in the morning on the day you arrive so that you have your ID badge for lunch. My hours are 8:30 -4:30 Monday through Friday. You will not get an ID card. You must present the dinner coupon as stated above for entrance into the dinner. No one will be allowed into the dinner without the coupon. Any questions let me know.
