In fact, _most_ of this ``protoFAQ'' is taken by the smileys. I speak of about 60 K of smileys or so. But this is not the most telling part of the story. Leonid was reposting this ``protoFAQ'' a couple of time per week, which naturally caused an outcry, as it was long and completely unrelated to scs purpose or current state. Then Leonid desisted, and wrote that from now, he goes on reposting the smileys to _soc.culture.asean_ which is a general purpose group for such purposes, with low traffic. It have surprised him to learn that ASEAN is Assosiation of States of South-East Asea (or something like that) and sca is in fact a culture group for Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, etc. I guess that sc.asean denisens were equally surprised to have their group taken over by megabytes of smileys, reposted weekly. We are not speaking a low-end, common stupidity there -- we are talking of a paragon of stupidity. I mean, even the most stupid people are able to learn somewhat, and even the most ardent carriers of their banner mellow with years -- but somehow, I never noticed Leonid weakening his stance. He is not only the most stupid poster over years -- he is a poster least ashamed of being stupid, and most openly proclaiming stupidity as a quality one must not be ashamed of. I applaud the consistency of Leonid's writing. Misha. Fuck off, Verbitsky! You proved yourself being a nasty moron and racist, shame on you. Even worse, you are a Nazi. Indeed, Nazis belive that other peple with some different race/nationality are inferior to them, and you, Verbitsky, belive in almost the same, that is, that other people with some different IQ are inferior to you. All the progressive mankind knows that people are born equal, that they have equal rights and freedoms, and that should not be related neither to their race/nationality, nor to their beliefs, mentality, IQ. It should be against the law to discriminate people with a different IQ when hiring for job or other situations. Those, who do that, should be considered as commiting "hate crime" and sent to prizon. Since things are not going to change overnight, people with different IQs should be offered federal assistance, for example, allowed into Affirmative Action and other programs. -Ivan Covdy Subject: Re: Ultimate anti-stukach novel on WWW From: delitsin@rpm.geology.wisc.edu (Leonid L. Doesn't matter. My IQ is certainly lower than that of Verbitsky or yours and certainly I am different from them. Misha never said that I am inferiour to him, he just emphasized my stupidity to make the other readers of this group aware. And I am very grateful for his efforts. >they have equal rights and freedoms, and that should not be related >neither to their race/nationality, nor to their beliefs, mentality, IQ. I don't see any discrimination of my rights and freedoms in Misha's post. He simply noticed, that I am not ashamed of being stupid. I'd pity a man who is ashamed about his original and unique qualities. >It should be against the law to discriminate people with a different >IQ when hiring for job or other situations. I don't apply to a job. Neither am I ever intended to. >Since things are not going to change overnight, people with different IQs >should be offered federal assistance, for example, allowed into Affirmative >Action and other programs. Affirmative action has nothing to do with your rasistic sarcasm, low IQ, etc. It was just an expectation to help people by some assistance, perhaps a wrong one. It doesn't apply to stupidity, since the intellect is not something one can develop. It's either present or not. If I would hide it, then somebody could be confused and choose me instead you, Misha, and/or Kagalenko. That could cause harm. But as soon as I am not ashamed, there is no big danger for anybody. -- Sincerely yours Leonid Delitsin BookCrawler http://www.komkon.org/teneta/bookcrawler
