Dear Abuse Team,

suck_my_nya was an ever-popular LJ user
who posted, mostly in Russian, cleverly composed
literary miniatures and a lot of pictures with
useful comments. The pictures were often borrowed
from some very old collections. The last set of
photos I have seen in her journal dated around
1940-ies and depicted post-war Japan, the life
of ordinary people walking the streets.

This night I have learned that

suck_my_nya's
journal has been suspended WITH NO RIGHTS TO OPEN ANY
OTHER ACCOUNT for this user, child pornography
incriminated - or this is the way rumor has it.
I certainly hope this can't be true, since it
would go against the rules set and announced, and,
to my knowledge, never before violated by
The LiveJournal.

There are, again, rumors that the "pornography"
in question was in fact a well-known art work by
Irina Ionesco, who photographed her daughter Eva.
That, if true, would be rather strange since
these works were published in the USA (in fact,
there are five art-books by Irina Ionesko!),
the references being:

The photographs in question, like
this one,
are of course absolutely not pornographic; one
has to have a truly sick mind to judge otherwise.

I understand that my letter might be not too
relevant to the situation, being all based upon
rumors. The thing is,

suck_my_nya has so many
adoring readers who are so deeply aggrieved by the
news of her suspension that the reconstructions of
the situation are plenty, and no official explanation
is available as yet. Personally I am sure that
all this is a result of a profound misunderstanding,
and everything will become clear soon and the
journal will be restored.

Смысл такой, что, ПО СЛУХАМ, дневник нашего любимого
автора закрыт без права открытия какого-либо еще
аккаунта по обвинению в детской порнографии. В
действительности,

suck_my_nya взяла снимки
из книжки Ирины Ионеско, которая фотографировала
свою дочь в голом виде. Какой-то маньяк, измученный
грязными фантазиями, решил, что это детская порнография,
и поделился своими мыслями с Abuse Team.

Книжка же эта продается свободно в США.
