According to World Serpent, "David Tibet is in hospital following
emergency surgery. He is making a good recovery, but has been seriously
ill and we are unsure if the November concert will happen. At this point
we do not wish to bother him wit 'business issues' and would rather he
concentrated on recovery. We will let everyone know as soon as possible,
but it is a difficult situation, we have no idea at this point how long he
will need to recover."

Thankfully he is doing well and recovering.
